[AccessD] Moving controls on to a tab control

Actually you can just cut and paste the event procs out of / back in to the
form module.

Keep in mind, that if you do this, you will have to "re-attach" any event
procedures that were in place for those controls. The code will still be
there, but you will need to select "[Event Procedure]" for each event...
