[AccessD] Scripting Runtime

I have had to turn on the reference to the Scripting Runtime to solve a
problem with the filesystemobject.

My question is this:  Will this force me to reinstall all current installs
to be sure this is included?  Or is this dll out there by default and the
reference will handle it?

My "good" test machine is currently unavailable.  Otherwise I would try this
before asking.
