[AccessD] Moving The Synchronizer Icon/button off the taskbar

When you run Replication Manager, it starts the synchronizer. It then places
the Synchronizer Icon in the taskbar as a button. I want to put that button
as an icon only in the area located in the lower right hand corner of the
desktop near the clock.

What's this area called?
Is there a registry key that puts items there?
How can I put the synchronizer icon there when it's running?
