[AccessD] Autonumber Corruption ...Help!!!!

Hello All,

On this note,

Did any of you ever see an Access table with two records with an autonumber
primary key and both records contained the same number ?

I have a database that twice in the last two years has ended up with
duplicate promary keys (both autonumber).  It is a website, but still, I
would never have expected that Access would allow that to happen.
