[AccessD] Don't Open Form

Ok, what is the trick to prevent a form from opening if it does not meet
certain criteria? If the EvaluatorID on the form does not have an entry, I
do not want the form to open, but give a message "All assigned".

If IsNull (Me.EvaluatorID) Then
    Do not Open
