[AccessD] Redistributable Components

A while back (ok so it was quite a while ago) someone posted a link to a MSKB article that talked about what Office DLLs were allowed to be redistributed and which were not.

Does anyone have that link in their bookmarks, or what the URL is, or what the KB article number is?

I have spent the better part of the day looking for this KB article.
