[AccessD] Can't Open the Mail Session

Hi All,

I'm having a problem with the SendObject function.  I keep getting the
following error:  "Microsoft Access Can't Open the Mail Session. Check Your
Mail Application to Make Sure That It's Working Properly."

I found the following KB Article on MS
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3ben-us%3b283173) which
is the exact problem I'm having.  Unfortunately the resolution does not work
for me since I do not have the registry key referenced by the article.  I am
developing in Access 97 on a Windows XP Pro machine.

Anyone have any other ideas?
