[AccessD] Context Sensitive Help Problem

Windows2000 Pro Office 2000 Developer's Edition
[MSDN is also installed on the PC]

I have a systematic problem. Not relative to a mdb.

Even after setting a reference to DAO360.dll I get
no F1 help assistance for DAO commands such as
TABLEDEF. DAO360.chm is on the machine and
I can manually open and use it.

Any help will be appreciated
