[AccessD] CDO - Collaberation Data Object

I added a routine in our ISFEs (Information Services Front End....an icon
that sits in everyone's system tray), which lets you view your Exchange
server Mailbox size (totals, and also broken down by folder).  Outlook 97
doesn't give you this capability, while 98 and up do.  We are still around
80% Outlook 97 though.

There is a catch, there is an NT version of the CDO.dll, and a 98 version.
(I happen to have them both in an install directory, if anyone needs it).
