[AccessD] Report Design Advice required (A97)

David
A dynamic crosstab sounds right (see the Solutions MDB that comes with
Access). As far as some comments needing more than one line though that
should be handled by setting the section and all controls in it to Can
Grow=Yes. It'll expand if it needs to then.
