I ran into the disconnect one day. It normally isn't an issue for me since I am in it and doing whatever while I'm connected, but this day I got up and went to do something. The default in the registry is set to 15 minutes, which automatically disconnects each sql connection to the workstations when Remote Access Services in enabled.
