[AccessD] Partition Function A97

I tried removing both AS statements and still no luck.  Really weird thing is the code below won't work in the new mdb either.  My library db where it works has a lot of references so I don't know which if any might be necessary.

Can you say 'As Count'? Isn't Count a reserved word?
