[AccessD] Report Formatting (saving page setup info)

It does look like it is the SP3 issue.

Apply the sp3 patch for Office 2000, and the margins should save fine. If 
that doesn't help, would you happen to have a new printer?

I recently set-up a new HP Mulitfunction 3330 printer and found that all 
reports were being truncated on the right hand side.  Tried the PS print 
driver instead of the PCL driver and all reports were fine after that.
