[AccessD] Removing blank line from a report

Hi Mark

Maybe you can set the height of the [Addr2] textbox to a small value
and set its CanGrow to Yes - and move up [CityStZip] to touch [Addr2].

If not you'll have to write some code to manipulate the address
lines.
