You can of course only manipulate the messages within your own outlook. There is a rule for when you send a message to move it to somewhere, otherwise most of the rules have to do with what to do when you receive a message. -----Original Message----- From: Jeanine Scott [mailto:jscott at mchsi.com] Sent: Wednesday, February 12, 2003 12:34 PM To: accessd at databaseadvisors.com Subject: RE: [AccessD] OT: Outlook Rules Thanks for the info but actually what I want to do is set up a rule for when I send a message - not when I receive a message. Any ideas on that? Click on those to set up the words to look for and the address to forward the item to. Is there any way to do this? I have a work address that I'd like to use from home without having to click options and send using on every message I send.
