[AccessD] Execution of this application has stopped due to a run-time error

Douglas,

It means you didn't include error-trapping code in all your procedures,
else you would have gotten some information about what the  error is.

My first guess about what causes the run-time error is that you did not
include in your deployment package all the .dlls and .ocxs needed by
your app.
