That sounds cool, but also a lot of work?

One tip on dealing with different resolutions, is to use % based positioning
and scaling. (You can make frames, tables, images all sized based on the
percentage of the screen. Thus, when a window is resized, or it is
displayed on different resolutions, the pages are 'redrawn' to match.)

Well, I did all my design on my 19 inch monitor at 1024 x 768. Of course,
it doesn't display right at 800 x 600 - the buttons in the TOC on the left
are partially hidden by the slider bar.

Is it just me, or does this kind of thing really suck. Is there any way to
force the button sizes to shrink when displayed on 800 x 600? I really hate
to do my development for that resolution, but it is the most common still.
Of course AFAIAC, anyone using 640 x 480 can just browse elsewhere. 8-(

Any thoughts on this?
