DoubleClick doesn't even ask if you want it installed, it just goes
ahead and puts a key logger on your machine ... Unless you use something
like PestPatrol and specifically block these critters.

NO NO NO NO NO!!!!
This is exactly what the spyware manufacturers want!  I have lost count
of the number of times IE has asked me if I want to install Gator!  I
thank my lucky stars that my browser is paranoid enough to at least ask
me before screwing up my system.  Now a "Don't ask me again" feature,
that would be nice...
