Hi Drew:

If you are using NS 6 or greater you can use iframe. The trick is that you
have to put a dumby 'id' value to get it recognized...

<iframe src="newspaper02.html"
	id="dumbyIDforNav6orGreater"
	name="dumbynameForOtherBrowsers"></iframe>

I have not tried this so I have no idea if it works...

<iframe src="newspaper02.html"
	id="dumbyIDforNav6orGreater"
	name="dumbynameForOtherBrowsers">
	<!-- Will be ignored by any newer browser -->
    	<ilayer src="newspaper02.html"
		id="dumbyIDforOlderNS"
		name="ForOlderNS">
    	</ilayer>
</iframe>

HTH

Hi Drew:

I am not sure of all Opera versions but the version I am using, Opera 7
supports iFrames by default, older version had to have the setting set in
the preferences, off by default...I understand.(?)

In line frames? That's IE only! (I would LOVE to use inline frames on
stuff I put to the web, but they're ignored by every other browser....)

Cascading tables are a nightmare.

John have a look at the new DBA site. It uses in line
frames and CSS.

This sort of format would suit your site.
