[AccessD] Unifying Data

The question arose becasue of two outside apps each doing 
different things but each requiring the same employee data.

Rather than maintain two sets of employee data I go for the 
app C approach. One central pool and attach both apps to it.

Big plus is that app C is already there. Personnel 
Database.
