[AccessD] Outlook Replies strip off attachments

Well, the thin is I can send attachments as well.  Just can't reply to an
email and get them to go.  I tested by building a brand new record to my
wife and sent an email with attachments.  She got it and the attachments.

I have SR-1 for Office/Outlook and I can send attachments fine, I bet it's
the newer draconian measures in SP3 that are blocking your
attachments...short of a system reinstall I don't know how you would
uninstall SP3.
