"small app " Is this an Access App you plan to write? I am assuming so. As far as I know, all the capabilities of Access are available to use in the runtime version. The user just can's see the database windows, modules and the code behind the forms. If you create an Access MDB file that has code in it to modify the BE database, you should have no problem. You just need to have a form that opens with a button that allows them to execute some code, or run the app and have the code run from an 'Autoexec' macro. Hi all, I have an A2K app distributed as a runtime that I need to make some BE changes on. If I create a small app to make these changes through DAO code, will it be able to make table design changes on a runtime installed app?
