[AccessD] AccessXP Prof on WinXP - error 3043 - disk or network error

Hi All,

Have anybody seen this error when MS AccessXP .mda app(add-in) runs on
STANDALONE PC with WinXP and AccessXP prof?
The problem occurs on customers' PCs - it works OK here - the problematic
line is:

           Set frmDat = New Form_UsysfrmXlDataEntry

i.e. this is a dynamic form instance creation - why it can result in err
3043 - disk or network error? - I don't know :(
Google search doesn't give any good hints - I hope somebody here knows the
answer to this puzzle...

It can be somehow related to International settings?
