[AccessD] Vertical text boxes and labels

By default if you choose to use a vertical label or text box in an access
report, it is always turned so you read it from the left.

I have a client that has a requirement coming from a higher government
agency that requires it to read from the right.

Anyone have any experience using labels/text boxes turned the opposite way?
