-SQL string's built in code need to be T-SQL, this can be very time consuming and tricky the first few go arounds -Temp tables or local tables (for reports or menu driven forms) no longer exist -Filtered recordsources can give problematic error messages, something along the lines of "The data record will be saved but is not part of the data set and will not appear". These are just a few that pop to mind, there are plenty of gotcha's in upsizing, but after you've been through it a few times it's not that bad.
