thnx for all the replies, code and tips.

It's really great to be back! I've been out a couple
of years doing some Oracle Applications projects.

I've seen the statement before here but I'll say it
again: This is by far the best list i've seen! The
people here know that there are novices and that they,
once, were also a novice.
