[AccessD] No Office 2003 ODE (Office Developer Edition)?

  Latest Newsletter (June 2003)

this:

  Rumour is that there will not be an Office 2003 ODE

I have checked with him how this rumour can be supported but he has no
idea; it is nothing but a rumour.

I hate such fourth-hand chat.
Can anyone either confirm or kill this?
