[AccessD] Jet User Roster Login Name

I'm playing with the Jet User Roster, and I'm baffled by the login name
values.  They seem to come back as Admin when I examine my own login to
the current database, even though the database is secured and in fact I
logged in under Access security as a developer because the Admin user
has no rights.  Does anyone know what's going on there?  What does the
login name actually reflect?
