[AccessD] Form Filtering not working

Hi Charlotte
When opening the form using VBA code as below:

DoCmd.OpenForm "Quote", , , "[QuoteNumber] = Forms![Quote -
list]![QuoteNumber]"

Using Access 2000 on Windows 2000 SP3
