[AccessD] Grab data from another window?

I recall that someone recently said they had some code to grab data 
from another application's window, but I can't remember who (I've got 
a feeling it may have been Drew)

I can't find the original message and I've just come across a 
requirement to extract a series of strings from a listbox created by 
another application.

I'd appreciate any assistance from whoever it was.
