[AccessD] A2K: On error goto next

Jim,

I'm sorry, I didn't write down accurately what the code says. It already
DOES say On Error RESUME Next, not On Error Goto Next. That was my fault
when I wrote the original message.

When I commented out the rstLookup.Close line I left in the On Error Resume
Next followed directly by Exit Function. This isn't any big problem but it
sure seems funky.
