Control Panel|Users and Passwords Advanced Tab. Click the Advanced Tab. This will bring up the Local Users and Groups MMC. Click Users in the left panel. Click the Username in the right panel that you want to change. Right Click Properties (or click the properties icon in the button bar) General tab. Check Password never expires. There may be an easier way to get to it, but that's how I found it.
