To all,

My original point is that WinXP sucks.  I don't own it.  I have just seen
threads about all the things that it won't do and I was contributing another
thing it doesn't do.

Microsoft have something called CASANDRA (spelling) which is a cut down
server just for .net development. I think it can be downloaded as part of
web matrix.
