I've been looking for a book on .NET that does not use Visual Studio, I thought that they were nonexistent. Is this a good one John? I like to learn all of the nuts and bolts when I learn a language (but I am no fool, I'll break out the Visual Studio when there's $$ to be made - hehe!)
