[AccessD] Adding e-mail address in htm format

The table holding the email address needs to have the field
"emailaddress" to be of type hyperlink
 
export as usual to type html

I have two fields keeping some thousands data
Name and e-mail address
 
What I want to do is to export the names table in htm format adding
coinstantaneously the e-mail address to each name
