This is for A2K.

To make it generic, you would need to  find the application name 
first.  I posted  a function which does this and  then uses the info 
to find the Access executable path in 1 July in a thread on "Re: 
[AccessD] OT:SysCmd(acSysCmdAccessDir) " 

If you drag it from the archives , it should be very easy to modify 
to set the Defaulticon registry key instead.
