[AccessD] Scroll mouse shortcut

I just stumbled on this function for a scroll mouse I've not seen written up anywhere so I thought I'd share it FWIW.

In IE6 browse to a few pages then hit your Back button (this is just to demo this functionality).  Now hold the Shift key down and roll the scroll button on your scroll mouse back and forth.  It acts like the Back and Forward buttons.
