You might want to take a look at the Back End Updater at the Database
Advisors web site.  Developed by some of the fine folks on this list and
often praised by the people who have used it.

Augh.  I've been away from Access development for so long I've
forgotten how frustrating some of these things are.

Is there any way to change an .mdb without having exclusive access to
it?  And without corrupting it?  I'm tired of staying after hours to
make changes after everyone's out, and so far I have been
unsuccessful in getting SQL Server OK'd.

Ugh, I say.
