There are many programs that take such control of the Bin for 'protection' purposes. On my WXP system deleted files are not showing up in the recycle bin. I don't have the box checked in the Recycle Bin Properties to remove files immediately. I get the delete confirmation dialog box. There's just nothing in my recycle bin. Has anyone seen this before?
