Usually. I've had problems with the printer object in XP when the user has been given a page setup button and used it to specify a printer. We are working within Citrix and find that the "Nothing" doesn't work as expected (i.e., back to default). What I need to do is add code to a PDF button that : -first determines what their printer is and saves that information in a variable, -changes the printer to PDF Factory (I have that working fine), -then switch it back to what I captured earlier Hope this makes sense.
