Judy,

  Is this within a control or are you saying that you want a blank line on
the report between details sections?

  I'm working in Access 97 and am stumped -
  I need to force a new line in some concatenated output on a report. I've
tried chr(10) and chr(13) and all I get on the report are little squares
wherever the chr() was in the string - and my text contines as a long, word
wrapped string.

  I have an unbound text field on the report (txtActivity). The text I'm
trying to enter is working fine, except no line breaks.
