[AccessD] Screen painting and lockup issues with autolinker resolved.

There was recently a thread about the lockup with the autolinker from Carl
Tribble.  Seth and I had been noticing this issue for some time and set out
to solve it (got tired of not being able to do anything while a network
database linked).  Well, the solution to both the lack of a redraw after
switching to different window or app which at the same time makes Access
inoperable afterwards is to place a 'DoEvents' in the .pmIncrement routine
of the ts_frmProgressMeter module right where the .repaint line currently
is.  Seems so simple it's silly, but it works.
