[AccessD] first five dates per year

Is there a criteria to determine the dates you don't want, or do you just
want to skip the first 5 dates each year.  Or the first 10 dates each year?

i have a table with 10000 records. I would like to filter out, by query, the
first 5 or 10 dates per different years.
Is this possible.
