[AccessD] multiple version of the ODE tools

Be very careful.  If you use the packaging wizard from ODE to build
runtime installs make sure it packages the components to support the
version you're working in.  I learned this the hard way when I had the
97 Developer edition and Office 2000 on the same computer.
