[AccessD] Access and Crystal Reports

Richard,

If you send me your small sample database password protected + custom .mdw I
can try to find out how to use CR with them - but on weekend only - I don't
have free time now and I've to check with the docs how it can be done.

Please don't forget to send database password and login name and password.
