[AccessD] Access Solutions Drilldown

They actually do care. Well some of them anyway.

There are many outstanding issues in relation to Access which remain 
undecided. I apologise but I cannot say anymore at this point. I have however 
been told that some major decisions will be made within the next week or so 
and at that point more information can be made available to AccessD.
