[AccessD] normalization question

I just did this for a potential client. It started out with an email
they sent describing what they wanted from the application. I analyzed
it and took into account what I knew about their organization. I then
put together an ER diagram and a long-hand list of tables, fields,
types, and notes regarding keys. This is what I presented the client
with as my base starting point. We discussed it and they made
suggestions and/or clarifications on some of the points. As soon as
they sign the contract, I'm ready to run with it with little or no table
modification from here on out.
