Is THIS better? Darren's original email was in HTML format, so Outlook defaulted to that format in the reply. It's just a matter of switching to Plain text in from the Format Menu. I could set it to default to whatever format I want, I prefer Rich Text or HTML actually, because it provides a bit more flexibility with some things I email off list.
