[AccessD] Acsess 2000 MDE with Access 2002

Charlotte,

Thanks for responding. Maybe I have some
setting that is wrong: 

A2K first asks if I want to convert the A97 mde, so I
select "Open Database."  It then brings up a messagebox 
that says,  "You can't convert or enable an mde"

You don't get this same thing, then?
