Hmm... the VBE that Susan is asking about (I think!) is the VB Editor that looks and feels like the one in Excel / Word / VB. That is an entire environment, completely different from the one that came with A97 and before. The one that comes with A2K and later (and VB) is an object with properties that can be manipulated, methods that can be called etc. The one in A97 is an editor, and it edits VBA, but it in no way resembles what comes after. Or maybe I read her question wrong. John W.
